DTA Members Can Save Money on Hotels for IDS 2011 in Cologne, Germany from March 22 - 26, 2011

DTA has negotiated special rates for upcoming international dental meeting events to benefit DTA member companies, including special rates for hotel rooms at the 2011 IDS Meeting.

Due to the popularity of the IDS Meeting in Cologne that begins March 22, 2011, companies have already begun to book hotel sleeping rooms. DTA has secured a number of sleeping rooms in popular hotels near (or a short train ride from) the Koelnmesse (Fairgrounds and Exhibition Center).

Here are descriptions of each hotel, cost per night and its proximity to the fairground and exhibition. Available on a first come–first served basis, these are 3.5, 4 and 5 star hotels with the comfort and security American company executives require when traveling in Europe. Costs are listed in Euros.

Please fill out the registration form and return it to DTA with a credit card to reserve sleeping rooms. Cancellations received ninety days prior to the IDS event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than ninety days prior to IDS will be handled on a case by case basis.
