Code of Ethics

The DTA recognizes that Dental Professionals’ first duty is to act in the best interests of patients. Companies can serve the interests of patients through collaborations with Dentists, Dental Auxiliaries, Administrators and Dental Office Staff. To ensure that these collaborative relationships meet high ethical standards, they must be conducted with appropriate transparency and
in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

The DTA recognizes the obligation to facilitate ethical and transparent interactions between Companies and Dental Professionals in order to ensure that decisions are always based primarily on the best interests of the patient. For this reason, we have created the DTA Code of Ethics and encourage all of our members to adhere to it.
